| Recently, Doug Breneman, a member of the Terre Haute Men's Senior Baseball league since 1992 passed away following a brief bout with lung cancer. Doug went to Phoenix with the Terre Haute Rivermen every year, and was a very good player as well as a great guy. He also broadcasted the THMSBL on the radio for many years. Several players have expressed an interest in keeping Doug's memory alive at Haley Field by placing a cast aluminum plaque there. Jerry Arnold has investigated having one made, and the cost will be approximately $120. We already have donations of $75 towards this end.
